Il Quadro di Troisi is the joint project by Eva Geist and Donato Dozzy and is one of my favourite albums I’ve listened to recently. It was released in October 2020 on raster and is just a joy to listen to from start to finish. It feels sort of limitless in the same way that flowers start to bloom in spring. It just opens up a whole new world that was hidden from you. Each track is so colourful with Geist’s vocals overlaying serene, dreamlike soundscapes.

It feels sort of nostalgic in a way but also futuristic with synth-pop elements that have traits of Kraftwerk travelling through rainbow road. Such a beautiful album I really hope they do more work under this moniker.
