The act of forgetting a dream.

Forgetting is measured on a scale of judgemental velocity.

pheltway is a verable word, therefore judgemental velocity can be denoted by the amount of y’s used at the end of the word, based on how quickly the dream is forgotten. 1 being the quickest and 5 being the slowest.
